legal advice, for someone broke

I have money owed to me through court ,and it is going on four years since this judgement and still have not seen a dime. I help make a son out of wed lock and was orderd to pay child suport got a little behind and they started taking my tax checks for suport in mean time i was aproach by a woman and was asked to sign over my legal rights so she could adopt my boy i sign a paper that allready had his mothers name on it and we had it noterised, they still took my taxes a few years later they were going to throw me in jail i paid a lawyer and they court they let her go and i still have no money when they thought i was in they wrong they took my money and was going to throw me in jail but the mother was commiting fraud and took my taxes through court and they let her go and i still have no money
