what department would I contact to get a copy of the origanal map and origanal deed of my property in gila county
when we purchased this property in 1963 the survey papers were not registered at the gila county court house but we do have a map that was registered will this stand up as being a certified document of our land property or do we have to pay to have this surveyed again. it was survayed b in 1963,but when checking with the court house I was told it had not been recorded, if this is so why do I have discription of land and measurements of my propperty?
