Hello. Straight to the point.House from 1904. Roof is semi-flat below the pitch but slopes back into pre-made drainage gulley. Roof leak. "A" suspect leak found and patched with a roll of ice and moisture barrier, roof tar thereafter. The leak still exists but not as bad. I have noticed brown streaks inside of our dormer.
